So that we may properly prepare your condominium for your arrival, check in and check out times are:
Check in after 3pm to 6pm · Check out before 10am
Rental rates apply to advance reservations only and are subject to change without notice. A deposit of 50% of the total rental chargeis required in order to confirm the reservation. Balance must be paid 30 days prior to your arrival. We accept personal checks, money orders, Visa and Mastercard. All reservations will be charged a $25 lease fee. A minimum $200 security deposit or property damage insurance coverage is required on all rentals. All reservations are reserved on a 3-4 night minimum basis. (A weekly rental may be required for some condos in prime season.)
Cancellation policy:
- 30 days or more (prior to arrival date): deposit shall be refunded to tenant less the administration fee and $100.00 cancellation fee payable to the Broker.
- 29 to 15 days (prior to arrival): tenant shall receive one half the rental deposit less the administration fee payable to the Broker. The owner shall receive the remaining balance less the commission amount due to Broker.
- 14 to 0 days (prior to arrival): tenant shall forfeit all rental deposit monies. Broker will receive commission and administration fee due. Owner shall receive the balance of the rental funds.
